Join us Thursday, September 7th from 5:00pm-8:00pm to celebrate the bounty of our local land at Colterris Winery. Dine in the Vines, a farm-to-table dinner, will take place in the High family’s lovely conserved winery & vineyard, east of Palisade.
Josh Niernberg of Bin 707 will prepare a four-course meal paired with a wonderful selection of Colterris wine. The menu will feature fresh, local produce, locally-sourced meat and a vegetarian option. Enjoy a stroll overlooking the conserved vineyard or arrive early for wine tasting at the Colterris Winery tasting room, which is open until 5:00 pm. For added splendor, Noelle Smith, cellist with the Grand Junction Symphony will provide the evening’s entertainment.
Due to the intimate atmosphere of this celebration only 100 tickets, at $150 each, are available. Tickets must be purchased in advance. For tickets please call Mary or Allison at 970-263-5443.
